-The call is hosted by WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, WWE Chief Strategy and Financial Officer George Barrios, and WWE Investor Relations Michael Weitz.

-Vince McMahon noted that the results for the quarter exceeded expectations and guidance. He boasted about increases in Raw and Smackdown viewership, social media followers, and noted that their Youtube views reached 3.9 billion. Vince brought up reaching the one million subscriber count for WWE Network. He mentioned the success of the free month for new subscribers campaign in November and said they hope to receive similar results for the free month in November.

-Vince turned the call over to Barrios, who ran through some of the WWE Network growth numbers that were addressed earlier today on our main page. He noted that WWE Network has reached 1.4 million unique subscribers (though not all are active). He noted that roughly 70 percent of those who signed up for the free month in November were paid subscribers in January.

-Barrios spoke about the WWE Network agreements in Canada and the Middle East. He essentially said they hope to have the network available in all of Canada (via the new providers) before WrestleMania 31.

-Barrios said they are excited about programming for the network. He mentioned more live programming, interviews, animation, and short form among other content without getting into any specifics. Barrios then read through the earnings presentation that WWE released on the corporate website.

-Barrios said they were more innovative than ever when it came to growing the company’s revenues in 2014. In addition to the network, he spoke about Total Divas, animated television and DVD movies, video, online app, and mobile games.

-Barrios noted that Raw was up two percent in the ratings, and Smackdown was up three percent in the ratings.
