#FireBillDemott Trends on Twitter, Former & Current TNA Stars Respond to Y2J’s Defense of DeMott, Mock WWE’s Investigation

As noted last night, former WWE developmental talent and Dolph Ziggler’s brother, Ryan Nemeth, as well as former TNA star Joey Ryan, who spent time in WWE developmental, took to Twitter and corroborated recent allegations made towards NXT head trainer Bill DeMott.

Former WWE developmental talents Austin Matelson and Ryan Collins both accused DeMott of physical abuse during their time in developmental, and also accused him of aiming offensive words at developmental talents during their training.

WWE then sent a statement claiming a full investigation had taken place, but sufficient evidence was not found to validate the claims against DeMott.

We then noted that one top name to come to the defense of Bill DeMott was Chris Jericho, as he noted on Twitter that his training at the Hart Brothers camp was “10,000 times worse,” and that DeMott is a “good friend and great trainer.”

In response to Jericho’s Tweets, TNA star EC3, as well as Joey Ryan responded with the following:

EC3: “I love/sacrificed for pro wrestling. A Hart can stretch me any day. A know nothing dips–t slapping me when I’m concussed is different.”

Joey Ryan: “I don’t know that Jericho is condoning bullying, racism & homophobia but his tweet does suggest that the DeMott stories are likely all true.”
