John Cena will face Rusev for the United States Championship at Wrestlemania 31, as it was just announced on WWE RAW.
Earlier in the night, John Cena warned Rusev not to make any disparaging comments about the United States or they would have a problem. Rusev said he’s still not getting a title shot, but Cena warned Rusev he wouldn’t need a match if he opened his mouth.
Rusev ended up talking trash on the crowd, and Cena ran down and attacked him. Cena ended up making Rusev pass out while in a STF, and refused to let go. Lana pleaded with Cena, and finally gave him a title match at Wrestlemania 31 before Cena let go and walked away.
