Chael Sonnen At Wrestlemania
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter mentioned former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen is in the San Francisco area for Wrestlemania 31.
There were reports of Sonnen meeting with WWE officials to discuss business, but he will only be attending the show on Sunday. It was also noted he won’t be at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, as he will be attending a Garth Brooks concert in the area. Brooks has a four night set of shows planned for Sacramento’s Sleep Train Arena on March 27th, 28th, 29th and 31st.
WWE Superstars On The Soup
We previously reported WWE posted a preview of E! Network’s “The Soup Salutes WWE” special in honor of Wrestlemania 31 week.
Soup host Joel McHale recently posted the following on-set photo of himself with WWE stars The Miz, Eva Marie, Daniel Bryan, Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole. “The Soup Salutes WWE: Piledriving Clips In Your Face III” will air this Friday at 10 p.m. EST/9 CST on the E! network.
