Bad News Barrett Talks Neville

In a new interview with Digital Spy, Bad News Barrett called Neville’s “Red Arrow” his favorite finisher, and predicted that Neville would become a huge star in WWE.

“I’m a huge fan of Adrian Neville and I have been for a long time,” Barrett said. “He’s probably the most agile wrestler I’ve ever seen in my life anywhere in the world. I think he’s going to be a massive star here.”

According to the UK’s Mirror, Hulk Hogan was offered a spot on Celebrity Big Brother as show producers will be doing a UK vs. US theme. A source told The Mirror:

“Hulk is a big name. He’s known for being opinionated.”

In related news, we noted yesterday that Hulk Hogan did a press conference in Australia, and Hogan said he requsted a “send off” match at WrestleMania 32 and Vince McMahon agreed.

“Next year, WrestleMania is going to be where the Dallas Cowboys play at the AT&T stadium and next year they’re going to try to break my indoor attendance record,” Hogan said. “So, I stopped Vince McMahon in the hallway and said, ‘Let me tell you something brother, there’s no way you’re running WrestleMania next year without Hulk Hogan on the card. Whether it’s for my last hurrah and it’s my retirement match, whether it’s for my next run or whether it’s to just beat whoever’s got the WWE title and become the champion again. If you guys are in that stadium next year, I’m going to be there.’ And Vince McMahon shook my hand and said, ‘I look forward to it.’

If it happened I would want it to be the greatest match of all time, of course … If it’s the end of my career and a huge emotional send-off that would be great, or if it’s the beginning of another huge run for Hulkamania and me chasing the dream of winning the WWE title, that would be brilliant. I’m thinking very positively about getting back in the ring.”

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
