Who Is Ready for WWE RAW?
WWE.com has an interesting article up talking about the six NXT Superstars that are ready for a place on the main roster. The names are Bayley, Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady, Baron Corbin, current reigning NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks, and feature headliner Finn Balor.
It’s always interesting because features like this on a WWE-operated website tow that line between legitimate editorial, and feeding fans exactly what the company wants them to see. In this case, Finn Balor is front-and-center as the very first thing you see when going to WWE.com, in full face paint and attire, with a caption asking who is “ready for Raw?” Whether or not this is just one writer’s opinions, or an indication of who powers-that-be actually wants to bring up, is up for debate.
TNA TV Taping Update
An update on the current TNA television schedule.
The company is taping six more episodes of television that will carry Impact Wrestling through June 19th. There will be another live edition of Impact on June 26th which will lead into TNA Slammiversary on June 28th. Another long stretch of tapings will take place between June 29-July 1st.
