PWInsider.com is reporting that the decision for Daniel Bryan to vacate the WWE Intercontinental Title was made on May 8th after Bryan and WWE officials received MRI results on his shoulder.

WWE has been holding out hope that Daniel Bryan would be back in action by later this month but that was ruled out when they got the MRI results.

Nikki and Brie commented on their Twitter account about Bryan’s announcement:

Rumored Tag Team Match

Coming out of WWE Raw on Monday night, there has not been a Divas match announced for Payback, but it’s very possible that Naomi and Tamina vs. The Bella Twins could take place.

It is also a possibility that Naomi and Nikki could fight for the WWE Divas Championship.
