WWE NEWS

-Tyson Kidd suffered what may be a serious injury recently – against Samoa Joe of all people – although the exact severity is still unknown. WWE did release a statement, but it didn’t provide much in the way of details. Some reports are saying it could be spinal or back-related, and depending on how evaluations go Kidd could end up missing a lot of time.

Rusev - WWE NewsYou can officially add Rusev to the list of injuries, as he’s out with either a broken foot or ankle. That makes Rusev, Kidd, Hideo Itami, Sami Zayn, Alex Riley, Jey Uso and a lot of others that are working through bumps and bruises right now.

You can say “goodbye” to that Kliq reunion on the WWE Network.

WWE had a piece about the career of Samoa Joe, to spotlight him in his new role with NXT. Except that they completely left out the decade he spent with TNA, and all mention of his arguably greatest indie feud with CM Punk. Josh Matthews is probably livid. Oh and by the way, Samoa Joe has signed a brand new full-time deal with WWE, and will finish up his ROH run in a major tag team match that involves AJ Styles, Chris Daniels and Kazarian.

HERE IS EVERYTHING WE KNOW about WWE Money in the Bank so far.

WWE is bringing everything they have to their upcoming July live events in Japan. Not only will Chris Jericho be there, but BROCK LESNAR of all people will make his return for the 4th of July event, which will be his first appearance at the Sumo Hall since dropping the IWGP Heavyweight Championship to Kurt Angle after they both had finished up with WWE.

Kevin Owens is being positioned as the #2 heel in the company, but will maintain a role on NXT going forward. In a major announcement, he will defend the NXT title against Finn Balor “live” in Japan on the 4th of the July. The match will be broadcast via the WWE Network.

Paul Heyman will be back soon

Steve Austin is open to working a match at WrestleMania 32, he told Paul Heyman. He has also said in recent weeks that he’s “pretty damn sure” he’ll be at the show in Texas, as WWE is looking to pack more than 100,000 people into the building.
