More on WWE Scrubbing Hulk Hogan’s Existence From Their Brand

hulk hoganAccording to a new report from PWInsider.com, WWE has reached out to all their major partners and product licencees in regards to terminating Hulk Hogan’s contract late Thursday night. Everything from music to images to action figures and everything in between – all current and future licensed products and advertisements – featuring the Hall of Famer are to be dropped.

As we reported early this morning, WWE.com has already removed Hulk Hogan’s official profile, he is no longer listed in the line-up for their current Hall of Fame, and he will not continue on as one of the three judges for the ongoing Tough Enough season. “Nature Boy” Ric Flair is rumored to replace the Hulkster alongside Daniel Bryan and Paige for the remainder of the show.

Curtis Axel, who has been using an “Axelmania” gimmick for most of 2015 based off Hogan’s iconic character, has now reverted to his regular name. He has since taken down the “Axelmania” banner from his social media profiles.
