This week’s special guest for Michael Cole’s sit down interview is Stardust, and below are some highlights:
-Cole brings up a wrestling expression which is someone “living their gimmick” and that Stardust is just a character played by Cody Rhodes. Stardust responds by asking Cole when he was young did he dream of being “Michael Cole?” Or did he dream of being Microphone Man, or did he want to be Captain Cole or Agent Orange since he went to Syracuse.
-Cole says he will play along and brings up Neville. Cole asks what Stardust’s problem is with Neville, and he says Neville is perfection, but he panders. Stardust says Neville could have been WWE World Champion, but he pandered and meandered and he lost. Stardust says there’s a void, a need for a hero, and Neville has yet to accept.
-Cole then brings up actor Stephen Amell, who will be on Raw next week. Stardust says there isn’t a government on Earth that acknowledges him as Stephen Amell. Cole says he plays a character named “Green Arrow” but Stardust says that’s his real name, not Stephen Amell. Stardust says he is certain Amell will really get hurt when he gets in the ring on Raw next week:
