WWE Tough EnoughRecently eliminated WWE Tough Enough contestant Chelsea Green recently spoke with Sporting News’ Brian Fritz about being voted off the show, her feelings towards The Miz, getting into wrestling and training with Lance Storm, what’s next for her, and much more. You can read a few excerpts below:

Chelsea Green Talks WWE Tough Enough, Thoughts On Her Elimination:

I think I have a lot of support. I think the problem is Sara Lee has the most amazing fans in Michigan and I don’t think anyone can compete with her, fan-wise. Whether I had tens of thousands of votes, she is going to have millions of votes (laughs). She’s got some really loyal fans.I think my fans really stuck up for me and voted for me when they needed to but sometimes it’s just not enough.

Green On Training With Lance Storm, Has She Spoken To Him Lately?

Yes. We spoke last night right after the elimination because he’s always got positive encouragement for me and some motivation. We spoke a little bit and it made me feel better. He warned me — there’s going to be a million people that say no before one person says yes. So, he just makes sure to remind me of that and make sure that I’m not discouraged, that I get back in the ring and get training.

Is She Still Pissed At The Miz For Her Elimination?

I’m still pissed at The Miz. You know what though — it’s fate. If this doesn’t work out for me this way, then I’m going to have to work even harder and make sure I get to the top another way.

Based on her demeanor at the end of the show; was she more likely to attack Miz or Amanda?

It’s so funny you say that. You’re not the first person who said I had that look in my eye. I can’t be mad at Amanda. We’re in a competition. Whatever she says or whatever she does or if she makes it further that I do, we’re in a competition. I was more pissed at The Miz for putting me in the bottom three.

Green was Daniel Bryan’s physical therapist in an angle on RAW last year; how did that all happen?

I was lucky enough to be asked to be an extra as a Rosebud. (Basically, groupies for WWE superstar Adam Rose.) That in itself was an amazing experience because a lot of people don’t get that opportunity. But to then be asked to play the part of Megan Miller and to be able to go into that ring and stand beside Brie Bella, Daniel Bryan, Stephanie McMahon and to be able to speak to the WWE Universe was something that, it’s indescribable. I would have never thought I would be able to have that opportunity before I even had the opportunity to get a tryout to meet coaches or to experience the Performance Center. I was very lucky in the sense that I got a little bit of a leg up. I was able to shake some hands and to keep working towards my goal. Luckily, I didn’t blow it. Luckily, I was able to play the part the best I could possibly do. I’m so happy I was able to do it.

What’s next for her in-ring career?

I’m not going to stop. I’m just using this as motivation. I’m going to make sure the first thing I do when I get back home is get in the ring and get back to training. There’s no offseason in this business. I’m just going to make sure I train my butt off in and out of the ring. This is just the beginning for me. I’m just going to make sure I use this as a stepping stone and hopefully I have introduced myself to the right people and I can get somewhere from this. But you know what? I’m not stopping. I’m just using this as a stepping stone.
