This week’s guests on the sit down interview with Michael Cole are the WWE Tag Team Champions, The New Day. Below are some highlights:
Cole begins the interview by introducing The New Day, but they don’t like his intro, so they do one of their own, which is of course much more intense.
Cole then talks about The New Day’s impressive title win at SummerSlam, and the team says they deserve the tag team titles since they’ve worked very hard for them. Woods says they are all three, two-time tag team champions.
Cole then brings up The Dudley Boyz returning to WWE on Raw this week, and says they blew the roof off The Barclays Center. New Day says the Dudleys didn’t blow the roof off the Barclays Center, but rather it was the power of positivity that blew the roof off.
Cole says the Dudleys are coming after the WWE Tag Team Titles, to which New Day responds by saying they don’t deserve them because they don’t respect anything, including furniture. The New Day then breaks into another dance performance, which includes Kofi and Woods shaking their rear ends in Cole’s face:
