Daniel Vidot
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting Daniel Vidot, the rugby player who was reported to be up for a WWE tryout, was said to be in contact with WWE for the past month.
WWE first looked into Vidot last year, but he was performing well for the Brisbane (Australia) Broncos of the NRL, and didn’t take WWE’s offer seriously. Vidot does have an offer to keep playing rugby, but still took the tryout this time and it is scheduled sometime next month.

Asuka Comments On NXT Debut
New WWE signee Asuka, formerly known as Kana, issued the following comments in regards to her anticipated NXT television debut next week. Asuka will be appearing on television, but did not work a match during the most recent tapings; her in-ring debut is expected after the NXT Takeover: Respect live special.
