NXT Women’s Division Update
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that plans for Eva Marie to get the NXT Women’s Championship soon have changed. The Observer notes that plans are currently for Dana Brooke and Asuka to built up to challenge Bayley once her IronWoman match with Sasha Banks has concluded. The hope is that women like Eva Marie and Alexa Bliss can improve to the point they have competitive matches with Bayley as well.
Batista In 007
The following TV spot for 007:Spectre has been released. It features a brief appearance by former WWE Superstar Batista who is appearing as Mr. Hinx in the film:
WWE Smackdown’s Move To USA
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE will be putting more focus on Smackdown! when it moves to the USA network in 2016. The plan is to load up Smackdown! with big matches for the first few months to attract attention and then move back to the way the program is presented currently.
