On his thoughts on Virgil’s appearances on The Nightly Show on Comedy Central this past week:

RS: Honestly, it was so ridicuolous. Virgil was on The Nightly Show and he was discussing, “racism in wrestling.” The guy who was interviewer (Ricky Velez) is like a total stoner joke guy. It’s totally a comedian type situation. He was interviewing Tommy Dreamer and he was interviewing Virgil and it was pretty quick. The interview part. Then the guy asked for Virgil’s help to become the most racist wrestler of all time. They turned him in to Ricky “The Boarder Hopper” Velez. The best part of it is when he says, “I told Virgil I’m not Mexican, I’m Puerto Rican but he refused to believe me because he said they are the same thing.” Then they cut to Virgil being like, “Nah man, Mexican and Puerto Rican are both the same.”

On Eva Marie falsely being advertised for a “massage parlor” on-line:

RS: I tried calling the place for comment and they gave me a very quick run around and hung up on me before I could even get to the question. She must have a pretty good legal team. They were able to get the picture down within 24 hours of figuring it out. Once they figured it out they sent the cease and desist, the place got the cease and desist and the photo has been removed and Eva’s face has been replaced by a pair of butt cheeks.

On Zahra Schreiber using the “curb stomp” finisher during her in-ring debut at a recent independant pro wrestling event even after her controversial tweets

RS: She’s a bad guy. It’s like, “Oh this bitch.” You know? I love it. She wants to be hated. She wants to be the bad guy. I think it was brilliant. Personally.
