ESPN Off The Top Rope Recap: Charlotte Talks Growing Up Flair’s Daughter, Becoming a Diva, Would She Still Welcome Ronda Rousey To WWE?

wwe rawThe following is tonight’s ESPN Off The Top Rope recap, featuring WWE Divas Champion Charlotte.

Jonathan Coachman started the show with top Survivor Series moments instead of the customary RAW highlights; The Undertaker’s debut in 1990, The Montreal Screwjob at Survivor Series 1997, and The Rock siding with Vince McMahon in the finals of the 1998 title tournament were listed.

After this, Charlotte joined the show and she talked about how she had a pretty normal life eventhough she was Ric Flair’s daughter. She said her dad traveled a lot but he made up for it when he could. She said she didn’t even think about being a wrestler until she was finished with college and started working as a trainer. Charlotte says she never pictured herself as a WWE Diva, but she wanted to make an impact and went to NXT.

Coachman then asked her about Holly Holm beating Ronda Rousey at UFC 193, and Charlotte said she would still want to see Rousey in WWE, and would welcome it. Charlotte says she can’t wait to see what Rousey does next because she is a fan, then Coach says they are glad to have learned a little bit more about her and thanks Charlotte for her appearance.
