As noted, last Thursday’s New Year’s Eve edition of WWE Smackdown, which was the final show on Syfy and the final SD! of 2015, averaged 1.658 million viewers. This number is down from the previous week’s Super Smackdown, which aired on Tuesday night and averaged 2.264 million viewers.

Muscle & Fitness Profiles Vince McMahon’s Workouts

Muscle & Fitness has published a new article profiling Vince McMahon’s workout routine. The article notes Vince spends about 90 minutes per day and rotates through a split of chest, arms, legs, shoulders and back exercises. After completing a body part Vince then moves into a CrossFit inspired workout consisting of battling rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammmer swings and sprints.

The article notes Vince works out 7 days a week, and will often times workout twice in one day if he knows his busy schedule will force him to miss a day. Mike Monteforte, Vince’s trainer and workout partner, had the following to say about Vince’s workouts:

“On the bent-over row he can do 315 for 10 reps. He has unbelievable strength in his back.”
