NFL Team Moving to Los Angeles Signals Possible Venue for WrestleMania

According to F4WOnline.com, there have been rumblings of a future WrestleMania event taking place in Los Angeles, although it was not specified when.

There are plans to build a new stadium for the new Los Angeles football team in Inglewood, CA, and when completed it will become the NFL’s biggest stadium. The new venue is expected to seat 70,240 fans and cost $3 billion. Additionally, the venue will be able to expand its capacity to add 30,000 extra people in standing-room-only areas for larger events.

Mark Williams of HKS Inc., the firm designing the stadium, issued the following comment to the LA Times:

“It’s going to be so much more than going to a football game. You’re going to be absorbed into the site, absorbed into the stadium and get a very wide bandwidth of experience. It’s the kind of memory people are going to cherish for a lifetime.”
