The Rock Confirms 2016 Shooting Schedule

As noted, Dwayne Johnson, aka The Rock, revealed via Instagram that he has a very busy filming schedule coming up in 2016, along with an appearance at WrestleMania 32.

The Rock has revealed in a new Instagram post that he will re-team with his “San Andreas” writer and director for his upcoming movie “Rampage”, which will be a remake of the classic video game.

The movie will be written by Carlton Cuse and will be helmed by director Brad Peyton and producer Beau Flynn:

EXCLUSIVE: Cool news we just hired Carlton Cuse & Ryan Condal (creators of COLONY) to write our big screen adaptation of RAMPAGE for New Line. Carlton also wrote SAN ANDREAS for us, so he excels at writing big scale with family and heart as the anchor. We have a shot to raise the bar and make something cool with this one as the basic storyline is three mutated gigantic monsters (Silverback, Alligator and Wolf) destroy major cities and landmarks across the US. This summer I’ll spend time at the San Diego Wildlife Preserve as well as with Anti-Poaching Units from Africa for my research. If you were a fan of the video game like I was, then you KNOW how bad ass and fun this movie can be. I’ll try not to screw it up . NASCAR Driver Wearing Ric Flair Helmet

NASCAR truck driver John Hunter Nemechek will be wearing a custom-made neon-colored Ric Flair helmet at the Daytona International Speedway later this month. NBC Sports has posted a photo of the helmet which you can check out at this link.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
