News on JBL and This Year’s WWE Hall of Fame
According to The Wrestling Observer, while JBL’s name was listed as a WWE Hall of Fame inductee as of a few weeks ago, the fact that he and Ron Simmons are inducting The Godfather this year might be an indication that JBL will not be inducted this year.
Back when JBL was listed as a Hall of Fame inductee, he was listed along with Sting, The Godfather, The Fabulous Freebirds, Jacqueline, and Regis Philbin.
Sheamus Talks Rugby Helping Him in Wrestling
WWE star Sheamus has been doing promotional work for the Try Rugby USA group and a London Irish vs. Saracens game in New Jersey on March 12th.
The League of Nations member recently spoke with The Post Game and had the following to say about how rugby training helped his career in WWE:
“The physicality prepared me for the WWE ring. A lot of guys have played college football and were in the NFL, but for me, it made my transition a lot easier, and people say I’m one of the toughest guys in WWE. I have rugby to thank for that.”
