4 Matches Airing on WrestleMania Kickoff Show?, Update on Andre Battle Royal, WWE Announces Global Cruiserweight Series Details

4 Matches Possibly Airing on WrestleMania Kickoff Show

Despite the match still being listed on the main card on the WWE website and on social media, it was mentioned on Raw last night that Kalisto vs Ryback for the U.S. Title will be taking place on the WrestleMania Kickoff show. If the match does indeed take place on the pre-show, then it will join the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, The 5 on 5 Divas tag match and The Dudley Boyz vs The Usos as other pre-show matches.

Update on Andre Battle Royal

In related news, The Social Outcasts, Kane, Big Show and Tyler Breeze are the only names confirmed for the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal match, but based on last night’s Raw angle it looks like Damien Sandow, Goldust, R-Truth, Darren Young, Jack Swagger, Mark Henry, Fandango, Konnor and Viktor will also be in the match. This would leave 4 remaining match spots since the bout will feature 20 participants.

According to EVOLVE, many members of its roster are petitioning to be included in the qualifying matches, the dates and locations of which have not yet been made public.
