Titus O’Neil’s WWE suspension ends on April 10th, which would make him available for next week’s Raw and Smackdown tapings.

Tonight, WWE is taping this week’s editions of Main Event and Smackdown from The Toyota Center in Houston, TX. This week’s Smackdown will feature The Miz vs Zack Ryder for the IC Title, plus the main roster debut of NXT tag team The Vaudevillains.
Other talent being advertised for tonight’s tapings include WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, AJ Styles, Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens, Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus and Bray Wyatt.

As noted, WWE has announced Dr. Phil will be guest starring on next week’s edition of Raw, and WWE has posted the following regarding his appearance:
