On the latest edition of Forbes SportsMoney, hosts Mike Ozanian, Bob Lorenz, Sal Galatioto discussed last month’s article, and noted how difficult it was for them to write the piece. You can watch the SportsMoney episode in the video below, and the hosts say they spoke with numerous talent agents and even went through old lawsuits to compile their article data and come up with the end results.

Ozanian revealed that the average WWE star makes about $500,000 per year, and that includes base pay before bonuses for things such as PPV events, merchandise and royalties. The hosts also discuss the WWE Network, WrestleMania 32, The Rock’s success outside of WWE and more.
