The final video conversation from CSR is Justin LaBar and Josh Isenberg talking about the announcement of Goldberg in the WWE 2k17 video game and will he have another match. Here’s some highlights:
Josh Isenberg:
I might be one of the few people who really don’t care to see Goldberg wrestle again. Put him in the WWE Hall of Fame like Sting did, but the difference there is Sting had something to prove. Goldberg had his WWE run and it failed. Best part he had was coming out in his Harley Davidson jacket making debut.
Justin LaBar:
It really is the end of an era where they are scraping the bottom for any last surprises or match. They did it with pulling out Shane McMahon when they were battered with injuries leading to WrestleMania. Now they have ESPN and major networks covering WrestleMania, he’s still a name people remember from wrestling in the 90s. He does have one more match. To the Suplex City rumors, remember this is a promotion for a video game and it’s to promote the fantasy warfare of what you could do in the video game to have the Suplex City Lesnar versus Goldberg. It doesn’t mean it’s a pre-cursor to a WWE storyline. That said it has to be a mainstream name like Undertaker or Cena or a Lesnar for the mega name of the match. But the promotion we’re seeing right now is for a video game, not storyline.
