Following his dominating victory over top-ten heavyweight fighter Mark Hunt at this weekend’s UFC 200 pay-per-view, the “Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar will return to the WWE ring to face off against the “Viper” Randy Orton at this year’s WWE SummerSlam.
Ahead of that bout, check out a young Lesnar and Orton going at it during an episode of WWE Smackdown way back in 2002. WWE Champion at the time, the self-proclaimed conqueror easily dispatches the up-and-coming star who would go on to become a 12-time WWE world champion. A full 14 years later (yes, it really has been that long) they are now two of the biggest names in the history of the pro wrestling industry.
