WWE Battleground
Darren Young is the new number one contender to The Miz’s Intercontinental Championship after winning a battle royal match to open WWE RAW tonight.
The match will take place at WWE Battleground; the final moments of the match saw Apollo Crews and Baron Corbin eliminate each other, and Young was the sole survivor in the ring. Young’s mentor, Bob Backlund, celebrated with Young as the crowd chanted for him.

WWE Tickets
NBC 10 ran a new story (h/t to Monster Factory) for their ‘NBC 10 Responds’ segment with Harry Hairston, featuring a fan named Shawn Brown who wanted a refund for his WWE tickets.
The story notes that WWE event cards are subject to change, but Brown attempted to get a refund after events featuring Daniel Bryan and John Cena were changed, and sought NBC 10’s help, which ended up netting Brown ringside tickets to a WWE event.
