Hideo Itami
NXT star Hideo Itami made his NXT TV return at tonight’s NXT tapings at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.
Itami recently returned to the ring starting with the NXT live event in Winter Haven last month; he worked a match against Shawn Maluta, who is one of the competitors in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic.
Maluta is one of two CWC competitors to work a match on tonight’s show; Kota Ibushi also worked a match at tonight’s tapings.

Bobby Roode
Shortly after making his ‘official’ NXT TV debut at tonight’s NXT TV tapings, Bobby Roode has his first televised NXT match at NXT Takeover: Back To Brooklyn.
Roode will face Andrade “Cien” Almas at next month’s NXT Takeover live special; Roode interrupted Almas in the ring during a segment at tonight’s taping and the challenge was then made and accepted.
