The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting Randy Orton started training this week in Orlando for his WWE in-ring return

On a related note, the Observer is reporting last week’s big Summerslam match announcement for Orton and Brock Lesnar was presumably being saved for the United States Smackdown audience, and markets that got the show after that.
The announcement was made early on SportsNet in Canada, likely because a late decision in airing the announcement and the SportsNet team was not informed to back off on making the announcement. It was also noted that Lesnar’s name was never mentioned specifically on the show in markets that would have aired before the US version of the show.
