This second of three videos this weekend from CSR is talking the Cesaro shoot promo on the WWE Draft. Here’s some highlights from the conversation:

Professional wrestler, Ronnell Hunt:

I personally feel this was definitely a shoot. As a worker, you want to give your honest opinion and have your voice heard. But you don’t want to bite the hand that feeds you because at the end of the day, you don’t have a check. A lot of people say it’s not a shoot because WWE released it, no it’s still a shoot.

Justin LaBar:

It’s a shoot and it already aired on live television basically so WWE figures you can un-see what’s already aired live, so get the money and clicks from it by putting it on YouTube which they did. A lot of people walking on egg shells. Very politically charged. Situation you have to realize is Cesaro’s promo and the extras they do for the WWE app, with all of that stuff that’s not airing on RAW, Vince isn’t standing there or scripting it. A lot of those promos run themselves. My point being, it was a throw away thing, “hey Cesaro you gotta go to talk to Jo Jo so we have content to toss to from the draft panel and ask they will ask you the main talking points of the draft.” Half of management is already headed to the hotel and he figures if they are going to give him a mic then he’s going to speak his mind. And it’s weird, there’s a weird perversion in wrestling and with people who control things who get off on controlling the strings and being puppet masters and they can keep dangling the carrot. Weird perversion.
