During tonight’s debut edition of Talking Smack, which aired on the WWE Network immediately after Smackdown Live, Daniel Bryan had a very interesting reaction to John Cena’s promo tonight, and you can check out his comments in the videos below.

During Talking Smack, Bryan said he was “borderline offended” by what Cena had to say to AJ Styles, when he said Styles would go somewhere else to wrestle if he left WWE but Cena would only wrestle for WWE.

Bryan said him and Styles are cut from the same cloth, and that he has been fired from WWE twice, and both times he had to go wrestle somewhere else. He added him and Styles had to fight to get where they ended up in WWE, and if Styles ever gets fired, he has a family to provide for.

Bryan went on to praise Cena’s love and passion for WWE, but added it’s easy for guys like him and The Rock to step aside from WWE and not have to work anywhere else because they are financially capable of doing so and don’t have to work elsewhere. Bryan said he appreciates the fact that Cena does all he does outside of WWE and continues to return to the company, but that doesn’t mean he should put down AJ Styles for needing to work somewhere else should he leave WWE:
