On how the RAW Cruiserweight Division will be presented, who they are signing and whether they will be exclusive to RAW:

Triple H: RAW being a three hour show and needing more content and more talent I believe that Monday Night RAW is place for them. It’s something different. I think you’re going to see that not just from a work stand point because in that sense it’s a lot of the same. I don’t mean the same because obviously it’s different people and different styles but the work rate is the same if not better with some guys. I think you’ll see the presentation being different. It’s all about creating something different for RAW given the three hour format. As far as who we are bringing in, yes, we are signing a lot of Cruiserweights now. Basically I am creating a division. I am going around and signing guys and keeping an eye towards the future as well. I don’t need to have every single Cruiserweight right now. I just need to have a decent amount. They will be working NXT. They will be working NXT Live event and they will also be working RAW as Cruiserweights. The opportunity is there to do both and I want these guys to be able to work.

On the rumors that Shawn Michaels could be joining the WWE Performance Center as a coach:

Triple H: Listen, Shawn and I are in talks all the time about a lot of things. Shawn is in the process of deciding whether he wants to move, not move, I’m not 100% sure where Shawn is at in his personal life as far as his mood goes. I haven’t talked to him in a couple of days. I would rather you hear about his personal life from him if he wants to talk about it. He has recently spent some time in the Performance Center. I saw Shawn a few months ago. We constantly talk about NXT and the Performance Center. He loves the brand. He came down and he spent a few days with me around town and, I think, it kind of invigorated him. Which is hard not to do being down there with all that young, hungry talent. Everybody. He asked about coming back and spending some time and he went down there and he spent some time and worked with some talent. It’s mentally helpful. This all comes down to discussions, Shawn and what he wants to do. If Shawn said to me tomorrow, “I want to be at the Performance Center all the time and helping talent.” Oh my God! It’s the greatest thing ever. If he decides he wants to occasionally visit and help, wonderful. It’s all on him and the door is wide open. I would love to have his assistance because, quite honestly, I don’t know of anyone better to help these guys. Not only as in ring performers but the bigger component is how to be stars. There’s a big, big difference between somebody who is good in the ring, a good talent, a good hand and being a star. Shawn would probably be one of the best people out there to help out with that. I would love to have him involved. It’s sort of up in the air at the moment.

Triple H starts the call by previewing the NXT Takeover: Back 2 Brooklyn card before opening the phone lines up to media for questions.

Some of the topics discussed include:

  • What Cruiserweight Classic is being signed and whether they will be used more on RAW or NXT
  • Whether Takeover: Brooklyn has become NXT’s version of WrestleMania
  • The Women’s Division on NXT and the main WWE roster
  • Possible tours for NXT in Spain, Australia and elsewhere
  • Why there was a rash of injuries in NXT and WWE for awhile
  • Who may be joining the NXT commentary table now that Corey Graves has been called up to Raw
  • The differences between booking a three hour show and a one hour show
  • Shawn Michael’s status as a possible trainer in the WWE Performance Center
  • Whether or not the Cruiserweight Classic will end with a Cruiserweight Champion being crowned
