Paul Heyman Apologizes Tonight on Raw

Paul Heyman made his return to WWE TV tonight on Raw and addressed Brock Lesnar’s actions at SummerSlam. During the promo, Heyman apologized to Stephanie McMahon for what Lesnar did to Shane McMahon at SummerSlam, and offered to pay Lesnar’s $500 fine in dollar bills. Stephanie refused to take Heyman’s money, and said a “storm is coming” the likes of which he has no idea. Heyman then countered by saying the real storm in WWE is his client, Brock Lesnar, but he also said he understands the position he and Lesnar put her in with the WWE Board of Directors when Lesnar attacked Shane.

Heyman asked one final time for Stephanie to accept his apology, and Stephanie ended the segment by saying “apology accepted” before storming out of the ring. Heyman was left in the ring smiling menacingly.
