Wednesday’s episode of “Wrestling Reality with Justin LaBar” on TribLIVE Radio covered a variety of topics.

Open the show talking about possibility of Daniel Bryan having another match:

WWE and Daniel Bryan have cast a line into the water. Nothing might come of it, but everything might come of it.

Bryan’s interaction with The Miz was a work. It was there to energize, push and get The Miz over more as a heel at the expense of babyface Bryan not even having to take a bump. OK. Miz opens the show and they move into a deal with Dolph Ziggler….OK. Bryan goes back on talking smack….admits The Miz is right. Talks about frustrations wanting to be in the ring and feeling good. Talks about how he and Miz just can’t be on TV anymore…

Umm, you have my attention now.

WWE has done what is common to do in pro wrestling booking for something down the road and that is….plant some seeds. You plant seeds and can either go back, water them & profit or you never do anything again and it disappears. That’s what it sure seems like is happening here with The Miz and Daniel Bryan. A seed planted for if they want to have match, if Bryan gets one more match and its under the narrative of Bryan needs to one more to prove to himself and for his fans to get a proper ending to his in ring career. The Miz who is determined to be top star and continues to antagonize Bryan….especially whenever they are finally on TV again.

I’ve long said ever since Bryan retired that i just can’t see him having another WWE match again. The company doesn’t want him getting paralyzed or injured in their ring. I still believe the company has concerns of Bryan being in the ring and always will, but if it means money for one final match and its done all under the context of—OK Bryan, you do this at your own risk which would be the context both in front of the camera and behind closed doors. So that way if god forbid something does happen to you, it’s been clearly labeled and sensationalized you’re doing this on your own according against advice.

For more of this open including if The Miz is the right opponent for 1 more match, watch the video below:

14:00:

I feel for Bray Wyatt. I really do. He’s doing the best he can on the mic, living the character, walks the character, talks the character. He’s done what’s ben giving to him. Durability hasn’t been the best but it is a physical job. I feel for him. He’s doing what he can do in week 2 of this build, but how can he really convince the audience that he can be a threat to Randy Orton, a guy who just went through a fight. Not a match, not a contest, but a fight with Brock Lesnar and got 10 staples in his head? If Bray Wyatt had been unstoppable in his own track, then you have some money making s*** going on, but we don’t have that. Wyatt is searching for consistent wins on TV and having to try to convince that he’s a threat to Randy Orton.
