Paige was removed from the WWE RAW intro tonight, and was replaced by WWE Cruiserweight Classic Champion TJ Perkins.

Paige is still under contract with WWE, but she will undergo neck surgery this week and will be sidelined the next several months. Paige has made headlines over the past several days, including for clashing with WWE over the reason she failed a second WWE Wellness Policy violation and her reported in-ring proposal to Alberto Del Rio this weekend.
