James Ellsworth was a recent guest on the Hit The Ropes podcast, talking about his recent run in WWE and newfound popularity.
During the interview Ellsworth was asked how he will follow his WWE World Championship match with AJ Styles, and Ellsworth said he’s been told by fans he should get a rematch against Braun Strowman. Additionally, he mentioned a match he was interested in was the Royal Rumble match, saying he just wants to give fans what they want but he hoped to get a spot in the Rumble.
Ellsworth said on a personal note, he’d really like to work with The Miz, noting Miz attacking him last month on Smackdown, saying he’d probably be seeking some kind of revenge.
