WWE Applies for Numerous Superstar Trademarks

According to PWInsider.com, WWE has applied for the following trademarks: TJ Perkins, Bobby Roode, Drew Gulak, Tony Nese, Rich Swann, Noam Dar , Cedric Alexander and Carmella.

WrestleCon Switches Events Due to NXT

As noted, WWE has switched the days for WWE NXT Takeover and the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony over WrestleMania weekend, as Takeover will now take place on Saturday night and the Hall of Fame will take place on Friday.

As a result, Wrestlecon has announced that they are shifting their live event schedule for that weekend.

The Wrestlecon Supershow, originally scheduled for Saturday evening, will now be Friday evening opposite the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony.

Pro Wrestling Revolver, the promotion run by Sami Callihan, will run Saturday afternoon at 12 PM Noon.

Combat Zone Wrestling’s Best of the Best event will now take place Saturday evening opposite the WWE NXT event.

Wrestlecon will be offering refunds for fans who cannot attend the rescheduled CZW and Wrestlecon Supershow events until 12/1. For more details visit www.Wrestlecon.com.

EC3 Jokes About Today’s TNA Court Ruling

Following today’s TNA court ruling, EC3 is the latest to chime in with his opinion, and it’s more of the humorous variety:

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
