Tammy Sytch to Be Sentenced Later This Month, Remains Incarcerated, Details on Her Latest Probation Violations

According to PWInsider.com, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch remains incarcerated since September 23rd, and she will be sentenced on Friday, November 18th in Carbon County, PA by Judge Joseph J Matika for her recent probation violations.

Sytch was sentenced back on August 18th stemming from DUI charges she accumulated back in 2015. She then did a 95 day stint in rehab, 60 days of which was paid by WWE, and then the judge sentenced her to serve 97 days to 5 years in prison. The judge credited the days she spent in rehab and the two days she spent in jail to her sentence time.

Sytch was also placed on probation for 5 years, which included bi-weekly drug and alcohol testing. She was also ordered by the judge to pay $2,100 in fines, $1,000 in court costs and $50 per month to cover probation costs. She also had her driver’s license suspended and was ordered to do 125 hours of community service. The judge also warned Sytch that she had a strict zero tolerance policy and that if she violated the terms of her probation she would go to prison.

Between then and now, Sytch has violated the terms of her probation three times, with the first violation taking place on September 5th when she was charged by the Lehigh Township Police with receiving stolen property. On September 12th, Sunny was charged with possession of alcohol and being under the influence of alcohol. She was also hospitalized with pancreatic issues.

Court records show that Sunny was charged with being under the influence of alcohol again on September 23rd. She was then transported from the hospital to the Carbon County Correctional Facility and has been there ever since.
