Brock vs Goldberg
Tonight’s WWE RAW saw the long-awaited face-to-face confrontation between WWE Survivor Series opponents Brock Lesnar and Goldberg.
The segment started with a line of appointed security guards separating the two, and Heyman tried to speak but Goldberg told him it wasn’t about Heyman. Goldberg told Heyman he should consider getting rid of the cops so they could fight, but Heyman said they were there for Goldberg’s sake to protect him. Heyman tells Goldberg the only thing he should focus on is Lesnar, then Heyman tries to list all of the legends Brock has beaten before.
Goldberg tells him it probably burns Lesnar that his name isn’t on that list, and tells Heyman to shut up. Heyman says Goldberg should show some more respect, especially with his family being in the crowd, but Goldberg threatens Heyman about mentioning his family again. He says he will rip Heyman’s head off and feed it to Brock, but Heyman continues to egg Goldberg on, saying he is not a superhero, but Brock is a beast. Heyman tells Goldberg to go back to fantasy land, and he will find him a new opponent. Lesnar shoves two security guards at Goldberg, then Heyman delivers his final barb, saying Brock will beat Goldberg so bad that his son will call Brock ‘Daddy’. Goldberg clears the ring after beating some guards up, and the rest run, and Brock teases a fight but ends up leaving without incident.
