During tonight’s WWE RAW pre-show, Scott Stanford confirmed Goldberg will open tonight’s show.
Earlier today, WWE had been teasing Goldberg was going to have some kind of sendoff after he originally said this would be his only WWE match. Pro Wrestling Sheet, however, reported last night that Goldberg has signed a new deal with WWE that will see him enter the WWE Royal Rumble match in San Antonio, Texas. Additional reports have said there are plans in place for a longer feud with Brock Lesnar.
