Sports Illustrated’s 120 Sports video app has released it’s latest “Controversial Story Of The Week” segment featuring myself and former WCW President Eric Bischoff on their YouTube account.
This week I ask Eric about the “controversial” decision to have Goldberg beat Brock Lesnar in 86 seconds at Survivor Series. You can find some of his comments transcribed below.

EB: The fact anyone thinks this is controversial surprises me. I would think that as smart as everyone likes to think they are that they would have figured it out by now. That they, WWE, have really created a storyline with anticipation and excitement over a match-up that nobody thought they could have. I think it’s great. I think they did a great job. You texted me like minutes after that finish. You texted me and said, “WTH did I just see?” That is exactly what the business needs right now. It’s exactly what that match-up needs right now. You’ve got to make people go, “Woah! What was that?!” To get their attention. I think it was perfect.
