Owens and Jericho tear into each other with multiple punches. Jericho double legs Owens and locks in the Walls of Jericho. Owens crawls to the outside to break the hold. Jericho dropkicks Owens off the apron. Jericho dives off the top rope onto Owens. Jericho tosses Owens into the steel steps. Jericho rolls Owens back into the ring. Jericho lands a double ax handle off the top. Owens catches Jericho with a superkick. Owens crushes Owens with the cannonball. Jericho rolls out to the apron. Owens hits a cannonball on the apron! Owens stomps on Jericho while trash talking him. Owens locks in a rear chin lock. Owens lets go, kicks Jericho in the back and blast Jericho with a running senton. Owens hits the ropes and runs right into a dropkick from Jericho. Triangle dropkick from Jericho. Owens kicks Jericho in the stomach and sets up the apron powerbomb. Jericho back body drops Owens to avoid it.

Jericho lands a flying back elbow off the top for a near fall. Jericho goes for the Code Breaker, but Owens hits a package powerbomb for another two count. Owens goes up top, but Jericho cuts him off. Jericho fights Owens off and hits a top rope hurricanranna. Running bulldog by Jericho. Jericho misses the Lionsault, but lands on his feet. Owens superkick Jericho again! Jericho manages to kick out. Owens goes for a top rope frog splash, but Jericho gets his knees up. Jericho goes for the Lionsault, but Owens gets his knees up! Owens goes for a  swanton off the top, but Jericho gets his knees up! Owens hits a modified white noise for another two count. Owens sets up the Popup Powerbomb, but Jericho leapfrogs over him. Jericho hits the Lionsault for yet another two count. Jericho tries a hurricanranna, but Owens reversed it into the Walls of Jericho!

Jericho reversed the Walls of Jericho, but Owens slingshots him into the corner. Jericho lands on the second rope and dives off. Owens superkick Jericho in mid-air. Jericho crawls to the corner. Owens hits another cannonball, but Jericho grabs Owens’ legs and locks in the Walls of Jericho! Owens manages to get to the ropes. Jericho misses a clothesline and Owens hits the Popup Powerbomb. Jericho kicks out! Owens goes for another Popup Powerbomb, but Jericho turns it into the Code Breaker! Before the count of three Owens puts on finger on the rope. Owens wraps Jericho’s leg in the rope and superkicks it. Owens pulls Jericho off the apron and powerbombs him on the apron. Owens rolls Jericho back in the ring and covers him for the win.
