Backstage News On Original Plans For Superstar Shake-Up
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that there were a lot of last minute decisions as far as which Superstars would be drafted to each brand.
For example, Bray Wyatt moved to RAW in place of AJ Styles who had been penciled in for a move for months.
There was also a plan to move Roman Reigns‘ to the Smackdown brand but it would require them to move Braun Strowman and WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. Top summer storylines involve Strowman working against Reigns to get to Strowman vs. Lesnar while keeping Reigns vs. Lesnar alive.
The idea is to keep them apart as long as possible. WWE officials are still planning on doing Reigns vs. Lesnar at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans.

Tye Dillinger Wrapping Up With NXT This Weekend
