Finn Balor on How He Intimidates His Opponents

As noted, WWE Raw star Finn Balor is currently in Singapore as part of WWE’s promotional tour in Asia. While there, Balor was interviewed by Yahoo Lifestyle Singapore and had the following to say on how he intimidates opponents:

“There are plenty of ways. I can stare right into their eyes without blinking (or) cut a sweet flex and show off your muscles, but I think the best way is by showing no fear to your opponent,” Balor said. “Once I show that I’m not intimidated by the opponent, then that in turn intimidates them because they will think, ‘He’s not scared at all. He clearly thinks he can beat me’.”

June 9th: There’s nothing like EVOLVE at La Boom in Queens, NY. EVOLVE 87 is set for June 25th and the EVOLVE Title Match has been signed. Jaka is coming off a big win against ACH in Brooklyn and captured the EVOLVE Tag Team Titles last time in Queens. He will now get an even bigger opportunity. It’s EVOLVE Champion Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Jaka on June 25th for the championship! Can Jaka become a double champion? Tickets are now on sale and reserved ringside tickets will sellout. Get yours now!

June 9th: EVOLVE Tag Team Champion Chris Dickinson vs. Fred Yehi is set for Queens, NY. These former Catch Point teammates have a long history in Queens. EVOLVE 79 last February saw Dickinson take a win away from Fred Yehi in a Four Way Freestyle. Then the last event in Queens, EVOLVE 82, saw Dickinson team with Jaka to win the EVOLVE Tag Team Titles from Yehi & Tracy Williams. Now Yehi and Dickinson will finally collide one-on-one.

June 9th: The highly successful WWN Seminar/Tryout series will continue on August 11th in Joppa, MD. This is for any wrestler, manager or referee who has completed a training course. We will have more info in a week or two when we find out if we get have a special guest. This will be the only WWN Seminar/Tryout of the summer so put the date down on your calendar.

June 9th: If you are interested in the creative or promoting side of pro wrestling, WWN VP Of Talent Relations & Creative Gabe Sapolsky will be hosting a Creative Seminar on August 11th. This will probably be the last Creative Seminar of 2017. Go here for all the info.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
