Ric and Charlotte Flair Book Release Date Pushed Back

As noted, WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair and his daughter Charlotte Flair co-wrote WWE’s “Second Nature” book, and it has been pushed back from a July release to a September 19th release. The book was co-written by Brian Shields, who wrote the first two editions of the WWE Encyclopedia.

Biography of Hall of Famer Being Released

In other book news, Mad Dog: The Maurice Vachon Story, the biography of one of pro wrestling’s most charismatic, feared, and beloved icons, will be published by ECW Press and released on September 5, 2017.

Maurice “Mad Dog” Vachon was a WWE Hall of Famer, a five-time AWA World Heavyweight Champion, and an Olympian —  he was also a notorious heel who audiences loved to hate. Authors Bertrand Hébert and Pat Laprade tell the story of both Mad Dog the wrestler and Maurice the man who, despite his heel character, was a real-life hero outside of the ring.

Featuring exclusive material, revelatory first-person interviews, and photos from the WWE Hall of Famer’s personal collection, Mad Dog: The Maurice Vachon Story presents Maurice Vachon as a pro-wrestling legend and a pop culture icon, but also as a son, husband, and father.
