WWE.com has posted the following regarding Johnny Gargano’s in-ring return to action tonight:
For the first time since being blindsided by his former best friend and tag team partner, Tommaso Ciampa, at TakeOver: Chicago, Johnny Gargano puts his wrestling boots back on as he faces Raul Mendoza in a head-to-head showdown.
When we last heard from him, Johnny Wrestling seemed determined to not dwell on Ciampa’s callous attack on him, instead wanting to focus on TakeOver: Brooklyn III. This contest could go a long way in deciding just how far Gargano has come since that fateful night in Chicago.
