History

TNA's Against All Odds is one of the original four PPV events presented by TNA in 2005, when the company began running pay-per-views.

The inaugural Against All Odds event took place on February 13th, 2005 and was broadcast live from Orlando, Florida. The event was headlined by Jeff Jarrett vs Kevin Nash for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, a match which Jarrett won to retain the title.

Since 2005, all Against All Odds PPV events have taken place in Orlando with the exception being the 2008 event, which took place at The BI-LO Center in Greenville, South Carolina.

Memorable Moments

-The first Against All Odds PPV featured the debut of the Full Metal Mayhem Match, which saw Abyss defeat Jeff Hardy to become the #1 contender to the NWA Title.
-Former WWE stars Sean Waltman and Billy Gunn made their TNA debuts at the inaugural Against All Odds PPV.

The bout saw Abyss defeat Judas Mesias.
-The 2009 event was the first TNA PPV to be filmed in High Definition.
-The 2010 event featured an "8 Card Stud" tournament which was won by D'Angelo Dinero.

The Road to Lockdown Begins

TNA's Against All Odds kicks off the road to April's Lockdown event, which one of TNA's top pay-per-view events of the year.
