Tonight, Chicago’s official WWE Blast Area, Duffy’s Tavern & Grille, brings pro wrestling fans another amazing PPV Viewing Party & Pre-Show Party! If you are in Chicago and looking to catch the WWE Payback PPV in a fun bar, for FREE with rowdy pro wrestling fans then Duffy’s is the place for you.
Starting at 6 pm, Chicago podcast/entertainment company The Rebellion Network hosts the WWE Payback Pre-Show Party. This bonus, live, stage show treats Chicago pro wrestling fans to some pro wrestling themed comedy, music and other entertainment before the big Payback PPV.
This month at the Pre-Show Party, HBO Boxing Ring Announcer Ray Flores will be providing that big fight feel as he does the stage introductions for all the performers! Hear his booming, TV ready voice in person as he brings to the stage Chicago stand-up comedians Martin Morrow, Jay Washington and Ricky Gonzalez. Each comic is bringing their best 7-10 minutes of pro wrestling themed stand-up comedy in the debut of a Pre-Show Party segment called The 3 Count. The Pre-Show Party will be closed out by live music from the Folk City Hustler Ross Berman.
The Pre-Show Party is also your only chance to pick up, fill out and submit your WWE Payback Pick ‘Em Game sheet. Every fan has the chance, for free, to fill out a Pick ‘Em Game sheet where they pick which wrestlers will win each match, how they’ll do it and what the match order for the show will be.
7 pm is when WWE Payback officially begins and is also the time fans must have their Pick ‘Em Game sheet submitted. At the end of the PPV the three fans with the most correct Pick ‘Ems will win these prizes:
