Report: WWE Advises Employees To Work From Home

The coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact every facet of life. Its effects increase by the day and now WWE is reportedly taking steps to protect the employee who work at WWE Headquarters. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, WWE emailed its employees and advised them to work from home. “PWInsider.com has been told by numerous WWE sources that the company sent out an email to all employees today advising them that if they have the capability to do so, they should be working remotely from home if they can for the foreseeable future in order to help combat the coronavirus outbreak,” writes Johnson.

The coronavirus is already heavily affecting WWE; the company held WWE Friday Night SmackDown at the Performance Center without a live audience this past week. This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW will be held in the same conditions. WWE RAW is still currently scheduled to proceed; Steve Austin and Edge have used social media to tell fans they’ll be at the show. AJ Styles and the Undertaker are also slated to appear.
