Kyle Fletcher has reacted to a former WWE star’s claim that Logan Paul is better than everyone in AEW.
Former WWE Hardcore Champion Stevie Richards recently claimed on his podcast that Logan Paul is better than every AEW wrestler. He said that Paul was as athletic as anyone in AEW and that he’s a more entertaining character.
However, reigning AEW TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher disagreed with Richards and discarded his comments as an attempt to get clicks and reactions. While he gave Logan Paul his flowers, Fletcher believes there’s no chance that Paul is better than AEW stars like Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega. During an interview with TMZ’s Inside The Ring, Fletcher said:
“I think that opinion is bull*hit. No hate on Logan Paul, doing great stuff, good for you. He’s been in the business five years, if that. So the level that he’s performing at is insane. Do I think he’s better than Kenny Omega, Will Ospreay? Not a f**ing chance.” [H/T: Cageside Seats]
Kyle Fletcher’s Next TNT Title Defense Is Set For AEW Full Gear
The November 5, 2025, episode of AEW Dynamite featured Mark Briscoe challenging Kyle Fletcher to a TNT Championship match at AEW Full Gear on November 22.
Mark Briscoe suggested a No-Disqualification Match, but Don Callis added a more intriguing stipulation to the contest. Callis said that if Kyle Fletcher defeats Briscoe at Full Gear, he will have to leave the Conglomeration for good and join the Don Callis Family.
Mark Briscoe agreed to the stipulation after a brief moment of hesitation and will finally get a shot at the TNT Championship after weeks of getting denied an opportunity.
AEW has announced nine matches for Full Gear so far, including a Casino Gauntlet Match to crown the inaugural AEW National Champion, a move that has caused some controversy.
