Women’s Wrestling Wrap-Up: Lady Frost Moves To MLW, Arianna Grace Retains KO Title, Frankie B Interview

Lady Frost inks a deal with MLW. Arianna Grace retains the Knockouts Championship at TNA Sacrifice. NXT prepares to Stand & Deliver. Frankie B chats with WrestleZone and more.

Lady Frost Signs With MLW

Mere hours into her free agency, former AEW star Lady Frost confirmed that she had found a new home for herself in pro wrestling: Major League Wrestling.

According to Frost, the move came together rather quickly after she received a phone call from MLW officials expressing their interest in signing her.

“Honestly, they called right away,” she told Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful. “It was the phone call that I think I needed to hear. They have been following me for a long time. I showed up to a taping about six years ago. I wasn’t even an extra, just to get my name out there. And they remembered me and have been following my journey. I posted, which created a good amount of interest, a promo package and vignette, and they said, ‘We love your work.’ I said, ‘That’s the direction that I want to go. This is kind of where I see my career going.’ They wanted to be on board with letting me be creative and who I want to be as an artist and pro wrestler. I loved the call and I thought it was a really great fit for right now, so that’s where I landed.”

For the last three years, Lady Frost regularly worked under the AEW-ROH banner, with her last in-ring appearance coming on the January 10, 2026 edition of AEW Collision. As of April 1, Frost’s AEW contract had expired, effectively making her a free agent.

Upon inking a brand new contract with MLW, the “Ice Cold Killer” is now expected to be a regular figure in its women’s division. Her official MLW debut will take place in Charleston on April 12.

Arianna Grace Retains KO Title

With two women vying for her title, the odds were stacked against TNA Knockouts Champion Arianna Grace at last weekend’s TNA Sacrifice event. Thanks to her fiancé Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, she ultimately defied them.

In her second defense at Knockouts Champion, Grace raised up the title against Dani Luna and Lei Ying Lee, the latter of whom she dethroned at No Surrender. Lee seemed poised to regain the title when she dropped Luna with a spin kick and Warriors Way. Before she could capture a pinfall on Luna, though, Lorenzo pulled Lee out of the ring, paving the way for Grace to steal the pinfall on Luna to retain the title.

Elsewhere at Sacrifice, Tessa Blanchard defeated Jody Threat after interference from Mila Moore allowed her to lay out Threat with a Buzzsaw. The rivalry between Mara Sade and Elayna Black also intensified as they collided in a No Disqualification match filled with thumbtacks, chairs, and a kendo stick. Sade emerged victorious by slamming Black onto the thumbtacks, then delivering a moonsault off the top rope.

In non-competition, Knockouts legends ODB, Taryn Tarell, and Mickie James returned to confront The Elegance Brand, leading to a brawl and a six-woman tag match being announced for Rebellion on April 11.

WWE NXT Stand & Deliver: Two Titles On The Line, Grudge Match

Unlike past years, NXT Stand & Deliver will be a standalone event taking place this weekend in St. Louis, Missouri. The lineup includes two women’s champions who will defend their titles, while former friends face each other.

Earlier this week, Kendal Grey and Lola Vice battled in the WWE NXT main event over an NXT Women’s Championship opportunity at Stand & Deliver. In a surprise twist, Grey tapped out to Vice while simultaneously pinning her, causing initial confusion and chaos amongst the competitors and the referees. Given the outcome, NXT General Manager Robert Stone later ruled that Grey and Vice would both vie for the title at the April 4 premium live event, with reigning champion Jacy Jayne defending it.

Following a successful defense over Izzi Dame, NXT Women’s North American Champion Tatum Paxley shifts her attention to Blake Monroe, who recently ambushed and stole the respective title from her. Monroe, a former champion herself, has been hellbent on regaining the title since she shockingly lost it last December. At Stand & Deliver, she now has a chance to officially make that happen.

Rounding out the women’s division action, former tag team partners Zaria and Sol Ruca will find themselves on opposite ends of the ring. Feeling their partnership to be one-sided, Zaria crushed Ruca’s dreams of winning the NXT Women’s Championship by knocking her down with a vicious spear on the February 24 edition of NXT. Ruca returned the favor by costing Zaria her own shot at the title a week later. Now, they’ll formally square up against each other in a grudge match in St. Louis.
